The Spa at Norwich Inn is a premier luxury resort and spa that offers a diverse range of seasonal treatments designed to provide guests with fresh and rejuvenating experiences. Each season, the spa introduces new treatments infused with carefully selected ingredients and scents, creating a unique and immersive experience for their clientele.

To effectively promote these limited-time offerings, I develop custom-designed campaigns tailored to each seasonal launch. The design process begins with a thorough exploration of the spa’s selected ingredients and scents, allowing me to create three distinct mood boards for the client to review. Once a mood board is chosen, I design three creative concepts that visually capture the essence of the new treatments. After the client selects their preferred design, I proceed with developing a full suite of marketing materials to support the campaign.

These promotional assets include flyers, posters, social media graphics, email marketing designs, and digital slides for the spa’s on-site television monitors, ensuring that guests are well-informed about the latest treatments available. Through this strategic and visually compelling approach, each seasonal campaign effectively engages the spa’s audience and enhances the overall guest experience.
