Project Description
The Spa at Norwich Inn is a premier luxury resort and spa that caters to a diverse clientele. Each year, the spa runs at least four major advertising campaigns focused on gift card sales—an essential revenue driver that consistently surpasses previous sales records.
These campaigns are promoted through a multi-channel approach, including social media advertising, email marketing, print and digital advertisements, on-site marketing collateral such as posters and flyers, and television displays throughout the property. As a result, gift card sales have continued to grow, with a year-over-year increase of over 15% and more than $1 million in sales achieved in just one month.
Each campaign is built around a unique theme with carefully crafted creative assets designed to capture attention and drive engagement. Over my time working with The Spa at Norwich Inn, I have developed more than 15 distinct campaign designs, all of which have contributed to increased sales. While a compelling promotion is crucial in attracting customers, the impact of strong visual design cannot be overlooked. Without eye-catching creative, the likelihood of a potential customer engaging with the offer diminishes significantly—making strategic, high-quality design an essential component of any successful campaign.
